Bronson currently works as a project management analyst and public relations consultant. His experience in serving with both a pen and a rifle and his diverse background has led him to various roles that include consulting with emergency and disaster response and development at both the domestic and international levels. Internationally, he has served with the United Nations overseas, presented academically at universities, and trained in foreign affairs in The Hague, Netherlands at locations that included the International Criminal Court. He graduated from Royal Roads University in 2016 with a Master of Arts in Human Security & Peacebuilding. In 2017, Bronson was among selected Canadian youth who participated at the 2017 UN Peacekeeping Defence Ministerial Conference, consulting with Youth and Department of National Defence Ministers on Peace and Security surrounding UN resolution 2250. Bronson has previously served as a board of director for both the Calgary branch of the United Nations Association in Canada and the Asian Heritage Foundation. A memorable quote for Bronson is from J.R.R. Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings: “All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.” Joining the Council to help build the Mount Royal University alumni family is both a privilege and gift.
