Celebrating Alumni

The Mount Royal Alumni Association has celebrated alumni achievement and impact since 1984. Throughout the decades, several alumni awards programs have recognized more than 90 alum and marked Mount Royal’s evolution from college to university.

This year, the MRU Alumni Association is launching the Outstanding Alumni Awards, an alumni awards and recognition program for alum who exemplify Mount Royal’s vision and values in their profession and community.

DO YOU KNOW AN ALUM WHO IS...

The Outstanding Alumni Awards recognizes Mount Royal alumni who exemplify the vision and values of Mount Royal in their professional work and/or community activities. Mount Royal University is a unique place and a community that celebrates authenticity, boldness, belonging, inquisitiveness, and transformation. 

The Mount Royal Alumni Association bestows the Outstanding Alumni Awards annually on alumni who continue to represent the vision and values of their alma mater; opening minds and changing lives.

OAA Selection Committee Volunteer Opportunity

As a proud MRU alum, you have the opportunity to give back to your alma mater by volunteering for the Outstanding Alumni Awards Selection Committee. This is a chance to recognize and celebrate the achievements of your fellow alumni, while making a meaningful contribution to the MRU community.
